What’s included in the 12-month guarantee?
For subscription hires, if a candidate leaves or is let go for any reason within 12 months of their start date, we will run a full replacement search at no extra cost. The replacement does not come off your subscription tier allowance. It is there to reflect our confidence in finding the right people for your team.
How does your 15% fee work?
A lot of agencies keep their fee structure vague or shift it depending on the role, the urgency or how busy the market is. Osiris keeps it simple: 15% as a clear, published rate and a straightforward, written agreement. No surprise add-ons, and no sudden uplifts because a role turns out to be harder to fill than expected.
When does a subscription make more sense than a 15% fee?
Roughly speaking, once you’re looking at 3–10 permanent hires across a year in similar salary bands, a subscription will usually make more sense. The calculator can show this quickly, but we’re happy to talk it through with real numbers from your team.
How fast can you typically fill Technology and Engineering roles?
Average time-to-fill is around four weeks from a clear brief, depending on seniority and market conditions. For urgent roles we can move faster, but we’ll always be honest about what’s realistic rather than over-promising on timescales.
Do you only work with larger organisations?
No. Osiris works with growing SMEs through to established organisations. The subscription model tends to suit growing teams, while 15% one-off fees are often better suited to occasional or senior hires in any size of organisation.
