Osiris is run by a hands-on recruiter who still does the work directly – sourcing, screening and managing each process, rather than delegating everything to a junior team.

Outside of recruitment, Tamer serves in the British Army Reserves, which means he is used to working in structured, accountable and sometimes high-pressure environments – a good fit for defence-linked, critical infrastructure and operationally sensitive roles.

He is also actively studying Cyber Security to deepen understanding of modern technology and risk, and to be more useful when hiring into technical and security-focused teams.
